Merry Monday Challenge #47 & Stampin’ Royalty #160

Hey Everyone

We have a fun challenge for you for this weeks Merry Monday Challenge

It’s Tic, Tac, Toe Time

I’ve gone diagonal from the first tile, so that gives me – Blue, Colour with Markers and Ribbon.

I used the baubles from Merry & Type and coloured them in with my Baja Breeze and Midnight Muse Markers. The designer series paper I’ve used on the base of my card is a retired Stampin’ Up! one called Ski Slope. I’ve combined this with some current Midnight Muse designer series paper.  For the background on my main panel I stamped the log words from Open Sea in Baja Breeze for a different look.

I’m also entering my card into this weeks Stampin’ Royalty Challenge where their challenge is to use Polka Dots. You’ve gotta love Polka Dots! I think they work perfectly for a Christmas card.

Here’s my card:

Merry Monday Challenge – Something Different Week 1 & The Paper Players Challenge #102

Hey Everyone

For the month of July we are doing something different at Merry Monday.  Lesley has given us the challenge to choose our favourite past Merry Monday sketch and use this for the month of July while she takes a well-deserved blogging break.  I’ve chosen the following sketch:

I’m also entering my card into The Paper Players – Christmas in July Challenge.

Here’s my card:

Merry Monday Challenges #20

Hey Everyone

My second post today is for my weekly Christmas Card Challenge at Merry Monday Challenges.

I’ve used a retired Stampin’ Up! Christmas DSP called Ski Slope and teamed it with a stamp set of mine that has barely seen ink called Merry & Type. Here’s my card:

I stamped the baubles a second time and cut out the bottom bauble, added dazzling diamonds to it and raised it up.  Here’s a close up of my dazzling bauble (not sure if you can see the sparkliness of it!).

Thanks for stopping by.

Cheers
