Freshly Made Sketches #393

Hey Everyone

It’s time for a new sketch challenge at Freshly Made Sketches.  Our sketch has been designed by the wonderfully talented Lee Ann Barrett.  I just love her creations and love her sketch just as much.

The stamp set I’ve used on my card is called Love What You Do.  I’ve coloured the flowers with Blushing Bride and Rococo Rose Inks.  The leaves are coloured with Bermuda Bay Ink and the solid leafy stem is stamped with Rococo Rose Ink.  I’ve fussy cut all of the flowers and leaves.

The Pool Party Cardstock background is embossed with my newest embossing folder called Mosaic 3D Embossing Folder.  I am loving the texture of this one and I have a feeling it will feature on a lot of my cards.  I gave the Whisper White Cardstock a bit of background stamping with Pool Party ink splatters stamp from Artisan Textures Stamp Set.  The sentiment I’ve used is also from the Love What You Do Stamp Set.

I couldn’t resist adding a strip of Rococo Rose 1/2″ Scalloped Linen Ribbon. How pretty is it?  Because I could, I added some White Bakers Twine strips and a bow to add to the bouquet of flowers.

The team at Freshly Made Sketches have created wonderful cards using the sketch. Head over to the challenge and take a look.

Thanks for stopping by.
