The girls at Just Add Ink this week have a really cool challenge (you girls come up with the best ideas!). Their challenge is to use white and one other colour of our choice.
Naturally you’d think my hand would go to Basic Black, but I held back and reached for Crumb Cake instead. It’s been a long time since I’ve made a bag (I think it was for the Just Add a Box or Bag Challenge a while ago) so I was long overdue.
This is what I came up with:
This is side view of the bag which shows the hodgepodge I’ve used.
I decided the bag needed something else, so I added butterflies and tied them together with linen thread.
This project was featured at My Crafty World #33.
Thanks for stopping by.

Four challenges in one day! By the end of the day yesterday my mind was going round and round. Just Add Ink’s Challenge this week is Just Add a Box or a Bag. I really wanted to give this a go as I don’t tend to make alot of either. I need to tell you that I spent AGES on this bag as I couldn’t get it to do what I wanted it to.
I wanted to make a bag charm but do you think I could find any beads or charms??? I really need to clean up my room and label things. I could’ve used my mum around to make one as she’s the bag charm queen. This is what I came up with in the end – rather plain but I was over looking for beads!
