Hey Everyone
I can’t believe it! Somehow in the blink of an eye we are up to the last challenge for 2018 at Freshly Made Sketches. This year has gone way too quick and as usual, I have no Christmas shopping done……
Our sketch designer for this weeks sketch is me! Our challenge is open for two weeks, so you’ve got plenty of time to play along. I can’t wait to see what you create.
My card consists of lots of images and diecuts that I had laying on my messy desk. Rather than clean everything up and put away, I decided to pile as many leftovers from other projects as I could. The flowers I have used on my card are from Forever Lovely. They’ve been stamped in Blackberry Bliss and Blushing Bride. They’ve been sitting on my desk for three weeks now and this weeks sketch gave me the chance to put them to use. The sentiment was also a leftover – the set it’s from alluded me at the time I wrote this post, but I’m sure it will come to me as I’m laying awake in the middle of the night. The leaves I’ve added to my card are from Flourish Thinlits Dies. I then added a strip of Sahara Sand Cardstock and a strip of Black Sequin Trim. To finish off my card, I added some of the little sequins that had fallen off my Sequin Trim.
Here’s my card:
The team at Freshly Made Sketches have nailed my sketch. Head over to the challenge and take a look at all the gorgeousness they have to show you. I would love it if you could play along with the sketch.
Thanks for stopping by.
Cheers
Narelle
