The Paper Players Challenge #77 & Create with Connie & Mary #183

Hey Everyone

All you need is love is the theme this week at The Paper Players Challenge.  I am so singing the song in my head right now.  My card isn’t necessarily a Valentine’s Day card, but a card you could give to someone to let them know you are thinking of them and that you care.  My card is also made with the challenge colours at Create with Connie & Mary this week.

Here’s my card:

Thanks for stopping by.

This card was chosen as A Cut Above as The Players this week.

Create with Connie & Mary #182

Hey Everyone

I’ve used an unused until now stamp set called Charming for the this weeks sketch challenge at Create with Connie & Mary.   I love a background script stamp and also a flower stamp, so this set is perfect for me.  I’ve used my Pool Party & Basic Black markers to colour in the flower and then painstakingly cut it out (almost cut it in half twice!)- I was going to raise it up, but as the stems are so fine it didn’t work very well.

Here’s my card:

CASE Study Challenge #61

Hey Everyone

CASE Study Challenges’ muse this month is Niki Estes and this is her card below that we got to CASE.

I love the idea of using fabric on a card, but as I don’t have any worth putting on a card – my card is fabricless. I’ve done a bit of distressing to give it a bit of a frayed look like the fabric is.

Thanks for stopping by.
