Hey Everyone
Welcome to our first challenge at Just Add Ink for 2020! We have a special “Celebrate” Challenge planned for you as it’s the 10 year Anniversary of Just Add Ink and we are also celebrating 1,000 followers!. What better way to celebrate than with a blog hop! Plus……we have special gifts and prizes!!!
As part of our milestone celebrations the design team are offering prizes. Our Top Pick & Honourable Mentions will receive a special gift.
We’ll be choosing some other entries to receive a little something also – to be eligible all you have to do is leave a comment on each of the blogs along the hop – 14 stops in total. To see what prizes are available and how to be eligible – head over to the Just Add Ink blog.
As our challenge for you is a celebration challenge, I decided nothing says celebration more than a wedding card. The stamp set I chose for my card is called To A Wild Rose Stamp Set. I embossed the pretty rose image with White Embossing Powder on Vellum Cardstock. I then took my Aqua Painter and Balmy Blue Ink and added colour to my flower. I used Pear Pizzazz Ink on the leaves. After fussy cutting the images out, I adhered them to a 2 1/4″ circle punch.
The designer series paper I used in the background is from the Peaceful Poppies Designer Series Paper pack. I matted the DSP with Whisper White and Pool Party Cardstock. The sentiment I added to my card is from the Peaceful Moments Stamp Set. Under the sentiment, I added a strip of Pool Party Cardstock and Whisper White edgelit cut with the Nature’s Thoughts Dies. My favourite embellishment to finish of my cards at the moment is some Rhinestones and Whisper White Crinkled Seam Binding.
The next hop along the way is my fabulous sweet friend from Canberra, Patrice Easton! Click here to take you to her blog or on the button below.
For your chance to win one of the prizes, make sure you head over to Just Add Ink and join in our challenge.
Thanks for stopping by.
Cheers
Narelle
