Hey Everyone
It’s Wednesday so that means we have a new sketch for you at Freshly Made Sketches. Our sketch this week has been designed by the amazing Linda Callahan who is one of the loveliest and most creative card makers around.
My card features products from All That You Are Stamp Set, Floral Romance Speciality Designer Series Paper and what I know is going to be some of my favourite die set – Wonderful Floral Framelits Dies.
The flowers from All That You Are were given a light watercolour colour with Fresh Fig Ink. The leaves I added to my flowers were cut with Pear Pizzazz and Mossy Meadow Cardstock. I also added a little Fresh Fig Cardstock leaf. The Whisper White doily type diecut is also Wonderful Floral Framelits Dies. I then added some Old Olive Linen Thread to tie all the colours together. I used my White Gel Pen to add some detail to the centre of the flowers and lastly stamped a sentiment from All That You Are Stamp Set.
The team at Freshly Made Sketches have created fabulous cards with Linda’s sketch. Head over to the challenge and take a look.
Thanks for stopping by.
Cheers
Narelle

This is Absolutely Gorgeous! Well Done!
Beautiful. Love the way you gave the pretty flowers such a light wash of color. TFS
Beautifully put together — I love this dsp with your arrangement. And now I’m thinking I may NEED to get that set of dies just for those embossed leaves and circle die. Oh, we really are a group of enablers, aren’t we?!
Gorgeous!
My oh my this is beautiful! Gorgeous greenery and oh those softly colored flowers!
So beautiful! And I think that I’ve been looking for that floral die cut my whole life!
Oh wow Narelle! This card is just beautiful! I love those flowers but the leaves are fantastic! Such a gorgeous birthday card!
The layers of foliage on this card are just gorgeous – from the patterned paper to the die-cuts! Beautiful card!
Beautiful card. Love the way you used the die cut element between the layers of paper and the black & white butterfly with the foliage behind it. TFS
