Hey Everyone
Wednesday’s mean a new sketch for you to try at Freshly Made Sketches. Our sketch has been designed the wonderfully talented Kim Singdahlsen.
You probably know by now that Petal Palette is my favourite flower stamp set to colour. I’ve given the flowers colour with Blushing Bride and Fresh Fig Inks. I gave the leaves a quick colour with Pear Pizzazz Ink. The spotted background is also from Petal Palette. I stamped these spots in Black Archival Ink. The sentiment is from Perennial Birthday. I finished off my card by adding three copper sequins.
Here’s my card:
The team as always will inspire you with their cards. Head over to Freshly Made Sketches and take a look.
Thanks for stopping by.
Cheers
Narelle
So pretty! Love the colors you used!
Beautiful flowers! Blushing Bride and Fresh Fig would not have occurred to me but it’s stunning. LOVE them accented with the simple white circle – it allows for this gorgeous, detailed bouquet and still a wonderfully fresh card.
I love how you’ve arranged these flowers to work with the sketch! And that thin black border frames this gorgeous card perfectly.
Gorgeous! I love how you layer your sentiments and tuck them in perfectly around your floral images. You’ve got quite a way of creating a layered card that is crisp, clean, and dare I say it, CAS all at the same time!
Gorgeous card Narelle! I love those beautiful flowers! The sequins are the perfectly accent! Love how fabulous you make your layered cards look each and every time! So pretty!
Beautiful floral card! The flowers are just gorgeous and the pop of black under the sentiment strip is a real wow.
I love the little dots you’ve placed under the sentiment strip Narelle – I never know what to do with stamps like that and they seem to sit in my stash un-inked! Your card is so pretty!
