Hey Everyone
I can’t believe it’s Wednesday again. I don’t mind the weekdays going fast, but I wished the weekends dragged out to last a bit longer! Because it’s Wednesday that means we have a new sketch at Freshly Made Sketches and this week it’s my turn to host. As usual I put pressure on myself when it’s my turn to design the sketch and even more pressure when putting together my card.
If in doubt of where to start with colours, I always fall back on a safe combo – Black, White & Yellow. This time I’ve added a bit of grey to the mix. Stampin’ Up!s Birthday Blooms would have to be my favourite stamp set at the moment as I’m still in my love of watercolouring phase. I’ve heat embossed this sentiment from Four You as I really love the white sentiment on black cardstock look. Here’s my card:
Head over to Freshly Made Sketches and take a look at the wonderful cards the girls at FMS have created – while you’re over there, why don’t you play along too?
Thanks for stopping by.
Cheers
Narelle
