Hey Everyone
I’m back with another card I made today. This time I’ve combined my card for the inspiration picture challenge at The Challenge and the sketch challenge at Retro Sketches.
I fell in love with the vintage feel in the inspiration pic and as I’m a sucker for neutrals, woodgrain and smidges of pink, I knew I had to play along. As always Retro Sketches’ layers are right up my alley. It was so easy to combine these two challenges. Stampin’ Up!s Garden in Bloom is a stamp set I haven’t used in ages so I dusted it off and and gave it a run. I’ve paired it with some leaves I cut with Botanical Builder Framelit Dies. The woodgrain panel was created by stamping Hardwood in Tip Top Taupe on to Sahara Sand card stock. I then used a variety of stamps from Stampin’ Up!s Timeless Textures for the background.. The sentiment is from Four You. Here’s what I came up with:
Thanks for stopping by.
Cheers
