Freshly Made Sketches #211

Hey Everyone

Don’t you love it when it when you get a sketch designed for you that you absolutely love?  This is how I felt when I saw this sketch by the wonderfully talented Karren Johnson.  Karren is our sketch hostess at Freshly Made Sketches this week. You’re amazing Karren!

I created another Christmas card for my stash and used my new Stampin’ Up Sleigh Ride Thinlits.  To finish off my creation I’ve used gold sequins and a Snowflake Element.

Our team has created fabulous inspiration for you. Head over to Freshly Made Sketches and take a look. While you’re there, we would love for you to create a card and link it up.

Thanks for stopping by.

  1. Your cards are always an inspiration. Being a non-traditionalist in color choices for my Christmas greetings love your choice!!

  2. You’re totally nailing the combination of modern & traditional with this Christmas card, Narelle. Love your colour choices & layout & of course that little wooden snowflake.
    D 🙂

  3. Oooh these colours look so cool together and I just love your interpretation of my sketch – so clever and so trendy.

  4. What a fabulous winter scene! I Love all those clean die-cuts, and the colors are so pretty. Pink and brown is one of my favorite combinations, but I always forget about it when I make cards. I couldn’t even tell why. It looks so good on yours.

  5. Your card is absolutely stunning, Narelle! I saw if first on your FB page and was amazed and had to study it for a long time so I didn’t miss any of the gorgeous details. I love the colors! Actually, I love every single aspect of it!

  6. Beautiful card Narelle! I love how you’ve used those thinlits. I never thought to try them on a circle like that! I love the snowflake accent and those beautiful subtle colours! So gorgeous for Christmas!

  7. WOW! The colors, the scene, the snowflake (you already know how I feel about those!). This card is so amazing!
