Freshly Made Sketches #167

Hey Everyone

It’s my turn to host this weeks sketch challenge at Freshly Made Sketches.  My fellow designers at Freshly Made Sketches may say differently but I did try and keep my layers to a minimum (for me).  Look there’s really only three shapes!

I tried a new colour combo for Christmas – Basic Black, Blackberry Bliss & Blushing Bride.  I’ve substituted my circle with the wreath from Wondrous Wreath. My sentiment is from Petite Pairs and I’ve finished off my card with a bow (that will surely flatten as soon as it gets in an envelope) with this gorgeous Stampin’ Up! Blackberry Bliss ribbon.

Come and join us at Freshly Made Sketches – I can’t wait to see what you do with my sketch!

Thanks for stopping by.

  1. Another gorgeous card using such a cool colour combo. And your sketch is great – despite the fits I had with my card LOL.

  2. These colors are like a breath of fresh air for Christmas. And I love the sweet pearls and beautiful bow. This was a fun sketch to work with, Narelle. Have a wonderful Christmas!

  3. This color combo is amazing for your Christmas wreath. And the sketch is, of course, gorgeous and full of your signature style. I love that you give us these layers to use. Gets me out of my comfort zone!

  4. So beautiful Narelle! What great colours! They look amazing together! I love how different they are for Christmas! Great sketch! Love the layers and the fun elements!

  5. This is amazing, Narelle! I can’t believe how much a color change can make this stamp set so beautiful and unique. And, as always, the details are awesome. I absolutely love the sketch this week, too. Merry Christmas!

  6. Fabulous sketch, Narelle! I know I’ll be using it again and again. I love your card. The colors are so fabulous with that set; I love non-traditional colors!
