Hey Everyone
The very talented Rita is this weeks sketch hostess at Freshly Made Sketches.
I’ve gone with hexagons on my card instead of circles as I was determined to make use of my Stampin’ Up! hexagon stamp set and matching punch at least once. The stamp set is called Six-Sided Sampler and even though I’m seeing the most beautiful cards, I’ve struggling to make one that I like.
We’d love for you to join us this week at Freshly Made Sketches. Head over to the challenge and check out the gorgeous inspiration from the design team to get you started.
Thanks for stopping by.
Cheers
Narelle
Love it. Would like to know the colors used
Thank you for your kind words! The colours I’ve used are Smoky Slate, Crisp Cantaloupe for the flowers and Pistachio Pudding DSP – I probably should’ve put them in my post but I ran out of time 🙂
It is beautiful. Lainee
This is gorgeous……beautiful soft colors together! I think you were a florist in another life because you do have a way with flowers!
I agree with Linda, this is gorgeous and you do have a way with flowers. You always combine such great colors, papers and images. Thanks for sharing.
Well struggle no more because I think you have mastered the hexagon! Love these beautiful colors!
I love this! I especially like how the panel is set a little to the left of center instead of all the way to the left. Nice touch!
Fabulous! Your layers look amazing as always and I love the hexagons. I usually only set this set on bold, bright cards, but you made them so soft and serene here. It’s a nice change for sure!
I love this card Narelle! Those layers and soft colours are just fabulous!!! I’ve had the same issues with the stamp set. I was so excited about getting it and then got frustrated! You have inspired me!!!!
Beautiful card Narelle! I’m not a big fan of Pistachio but I love it on your card. And you did a fabulous job using the hexagons!
Fantastic card! Great use of the hexagon stamp set and I love the addition of the flowers. Very pretty!!!
Oh, I love the polka dots and chevrons together! And you’ve used the hexagons beautifully. Don’t give up on them!
Looks like a few of us had hexagons on the brain! I love how yours are so elegant! Beautiful card!
Love the sweet color combination! Super plan with the hexies…loving those right now too. 🙂
