Merry Monday Challenge #52

Hey Everyone

This weeks Merry Monday Challenge is a colour challenge – and a perfect one for my love of vintage!

I’ve used one of my favourite Stampin’ Up! Christmas sets – Watercolour Winter. The holly is stamped in Always Artichoke and Cherry Cobbler that I coloured directly on to the stamp with my markers. The sentiment I’ve used is from More Merry Messages and the sweet little bird is from Bloomin’ Marvellous.  My vintagey Christmas card creation wouldn’t be complete without a big scrunchy seam binding bow.  Here’s my card:

We’d love for you to join us this week – head over to Lesley’s blog and join in our Christmas card fun. You can click on each of the Merry Makers names below to check out their gorgeous cards.

  1. Nice card…so many beautiful elements and combinations. Love the way you used your stamps. Everything about the card is perfect!

  2. This isn’t a Christmas card. It’s Christmas art! It should be put on an easel and enjoyed all through the Winter months! Fantastic fussy cutting.

  3. Fussy cutting like that is such an exercise in patience and skill. Love your beautiful card and that hummingbird? Fabulous. I am thrilled to be joining you at Merry Monday this month!
