Hey Everyone
I am sooooo loving being on holidays – I’ve been creating daily and most importantly cleaning up my craft room. I can move again in there now!
Jen M has created this fabulous sketch at Freshly Made Sketches for us to play along with:
My starting point for my cards for a while now has been designer series paper. This time I’ve used some Stampin’ Up! paper called Fan Fair DSP. I’ve teamed this Riding Hood Red coloured DSP with Crumb Cake and Whisper White – I really love this crisp colour combination together. I’ve also dragged out a retired stamp set called Growing Green and coloured in the fern fronds slightly in Crumb Cake ink with my blender pen. The flower I’ve used is from Everything Eleanor – can you tell I love making cards with flowers on them???
Thanks for stopping by.
Cheers
Narelle
I was just looking at my Growing Green stamp set and firmly put it in the “never get rid of it” pile because I love this image so much! I love the subtle shading you’ve done with it!
Oh Narelle…..I love the layers…(I say that every week!!!) So beautiful. Looks so clean and sweet! That flower and fronds are beautiful on this card! Great colours! Thanks for joining us this week at Freshly Made Sketches!
