It’s Friday so that means a new challenge at Just Add Ink. This week is sketch week and Mae has given us this fabulous sketch to create our cards:
I was so inspired by this gorgeous camellia card from Helen that I decided to give my own camellia a go (or does mine look like a rose?). Because I didn’t have a punch that could give me the “stamen like” centre – I left this part out and I think this is why it looks more like a rose to me. I’ve gone with some retired Stampin’ Up! designer series paper called Lap of Luxury for my card. Even though I’m making cards with my retired DSP, there’s still tons of it left. You may well be seeing cards for me with retired products on it for years!
Come and join us this week at Just Add Ink – we’d love to see what you create with Mae’s sketch!
Thanks for stopping by.
