The Paper Players #97

Hey Everyone

Wow this month has gone very fast! This is my last week of Guest Designing at The Paper Players 😦 For my last week of playing along, LeAnne has designed the following sketch for us to use.  You probably all know by now that I love a sketch challenge because half the work is already done for me!

I decided I was overdue for a “man card” so I dragged out Lovely as a Tree for this one and kept it monochromatic. Here’s my card:

I want to say a huge thanks to Lesley & The Girls from The Paper Players for having me play along with them this month.  It’s been wonderful to “meet” you all and you’ll definitely continue to see me in your challenges – I just might be addicted to them! Head over to the challenge by clicking here and check out what the girls have created this week.

Thanks for taking a look.

Cheers

Narelle

  1. Just love what you did with the timeless classic, Lovely as a Tree! Just shows what a versatile set it is…perfect masculine card. I like the newer ones but love seeing ways to use the oldies but goodies! Thanks so much for playing with us this month—it has been fabulous having you with us!

  2. Just gorgeous Narelle! Love the fussy-cut tree and the extra leaves you added by the sentiment. Such a lovely card and I am so glad you were able to share your work with us at The Paper Players…it’s been wonderful to work alongside of you! ((hugs))

  3. An absolutely gorgeous card, Narelle…as are all of your cards! Your work is amazing! It doesn’t seem like you should be leaving us already! It has been an honor and a pleasure stamping beside you!

  4. Love this Narelle! The soft colors and all of the lovely details really make for a gorgeous card. I love that torn accent. 5. Such a beautiful card, love the torn corner and the sponging. The scene you created with Lovely as a Tree is gorgeous!

  6. Narelle, beautiful work with creating such a natural and soft card. Love the earthiness of the twine and the monochromatic color scheme sure does compliment the stamp set you used! Very pretty!! It’s been fun having you as a guest designer this month…I have really been inspired by so many of you stampers over my last three months at The Paper Players. Have a wonderful weekend!
