Case Study Challenge 36

Hi Everyone

April’s muse for Case Study Challenge as previously posted is Silke Ledlow. Her cards are always beautifully coloured.  This is her card that we used for inspiration.

I’ve gone dauber mad!  I’m sponging everything as I’m addicted to the dirty vintage look (if there is one).  Crumb Cake is such a good colour to sponge around card as I think it makes it looks very old.  I’ve used En Francais (again) on the second layer of Very Vanilla and then stamped the flourish from Vintage Vogue in Basic Black over the corners, as plain Very Vanilla on plain Very Vanilla was doing my head in.  I used Cherry Cobbler and Always Artichoke markers to colour in the flower from Elements of Style.  Just to finish off the card I shimmered the butterfly from Strength & Hope and added striped black grosgrain ribbon.

Thanks for taking a look.

See ya

Narelle
